Hair and Ella’s virgin hair is very soft, has a natural medium luster and is very easy to take care of. It has thinner hair strands compared to our raw hair but is durable and suitable for most hair types. It is available in straight, wavy, curly and loose curl. All wavy and curly hair will always revert to its natural state after wash. The hair can be flat ironed, curled and colored. We source ONLY HIGH QUALITY virgin hair that can lift to a true blonde if done correctly without compromising the integrity of the hair too much. Please not that all chemical processes affect the hair and it’s longevity. Our virgin hair might have undergone steam processing to create curl and wave texture.
Length Chart
Please note that all hairs are measured stretched out and in inches, 1”=2,54 cm. You may consider ordering 2 inches longer for wavy hair to accommodate your length and for curly hair, 4-6 inches longer, to achieve your desired length.
We recommend purchasing:
• 2 bundles (or more) when using 10”- 14”
• 3-4 bundles (or more) when using 16”- 22”
• 4- 5 (or more) when using 24”- 32”
Every bundle weighs ca. 90-100 g.
Delivery
Due to high number of orders we have an 8-10 working day processing time. The orders status will be updated with a tracking number once they are shipped out. During major promotions, order processing may take longer than normal. To prevent delays with your order processing, make sure your billing and shipping addresses match. All orders ship via Postnord, the Swedish postal service. Once your parcel is handed over to third party, we no longer have any responsibility or control over it. Please contact them for delivery time and for tracking in firsthand. If you’d need an alternative shipping method, please contact us and we’d look into the options available. All packages are shipped from Sweden.
Exchange/Returns
As by Swedish law Hair and Ella’s return period is 14 days and it starts from the day the customer receives their item. You can return, and are liable for the return expense, an item and it must be in a non-used condition, in its original seal or packaging and any possible item that came with the package must be sent back. The shipping cost for the return is paid by you as a buyer. However, if you make an exchange, the shipping cost for the new item back to you is paid by Hair and Ella.
If the product you have bought has been spoiled, tampered with or used, you cannot get a refund. The packaging or sealing of the product you purchased have to be unused.
When returning a product bought from Hair and Ella:
- You must always contact us prior to returning any item.
- You are obliged to keep the product in the same condition as when it was delivered to you. Seal or tags must be intact. If they are removed, you cannot
return the product due to the nature of our products and hygiene reasons. - You must not have used the product, but you have the right to investigate the condition of the product upon arrival. If damage or harm is caused to a
product while investigating it, then this does not qualify for the return policy. - Please note that you do not qualify for our return policy if the seal of authentication of the product has been broken/opened or the product has been
used.
